Call Centre consultants are rude and drop calls on customers - waiting time very long - poor service

I regret to inform you that your service received from the call centre is very poor.

The call centre agents dropped my call twice and your waiting times are very long thereafter.

Please improve your service.

The call centre agent dropped my call and I received a message stating MrD Courier is unable to contact me.

I called again and the agent dropped the call after I waited more than 3mins. I waited again thereafter for 6mins and have now given up.

Passing the blame onto customers is not professional from your side.

Please contact me as soon as possible.
