Call center

<p>I app**** for an FNB credit card & was told that somebody from Mr D Courier would be in contact with me to arrange delivery. I tried calling the call center numerous times & on the odd occasion when I finally get through, somebody picks the phone up & they put it straight back down again. I can hear people talking but nobody acknowledges by call. </p>
