BURGER KING MAPONYA

I placed an order from Burger King Maponya, but never received the order. While tracking the driver I realized they he had not moved at all. Then all of a sudden i get a message saying my order has been delivered. What i know is that when they deliver they as the name of the person on the order, so how could they just deliver to just anyone. i tried calling the number on the app, it just rang until it hung up. This is not the first time, my husband order from Maponya was never delivered. I am very disappointed. order number: DFD***
