Bunch of ****s with No Customer Empathy

Over the last 2 days I spent R227 in 2orders with Mr Delivery excluding the airtime I spent to call their call centre and this morning I get an email with R60 credit I am super angry No1 has taken time to call me or check my order yesterday was even worse I waited 1full hour and 2hours later my order is cancelled I have videos which get blocked when I try to send them about the quality of food and asked on numerous emails that they come and collect this food since Thurs as I didn't eat it I want my money back from both orders R227 not this R60 credit and who said I want to use your service again?
