Was called by Mr D and agreed to a delivery of my fnb credit card . I specifically told the consultant before 4:30pm as i leave the office at that time! now its 4:30 and about to leave and have not have not received my card!!! been on hold for 25 mins!!!!!!!!!! DAMN PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL BE REPORTING TO FNB
