Bring back my money!!!!!!!!

I was trying to order pizza, and it was delayed and later my order was declined, received an email that the restaurant didn’t accept my order and my money is refunded back to my account, to my suprise no money was refunded, I sent an email and their response was it will reflect within 24hours, which I found very unfair especially that I didn’t get any service from them yet my money was taken immediately, but I’m made to wait , as it was my last money. Being hungry I tried again to order with a different restaurant on mr d, and guess what the same thing happened. It’s over 24 hours but still no money back on my cards. Is mr D a ***** or what? Can I have my money back ASAP!!! It’s the most absurd thing I have ever experience and will never ever use this app. Just waiting for money back then I delete this horrible app
