Boycott Mr Delivery App

So I placed an order on mr and for the first time they asked me for a verification code. I punched it in and it said that the transaction failed and it redirected me to the restaurant again and all my food was still in the cart. So I try to checkout out again and this time it goes through, it does not even ask for a verification code. An hour later I go to reception to meet with the delivery guy and I found two deliveries there and then realised that they debited me twice. I emailed them to let them know that they debit edge even when the transaction failed and that they should come and fetch the extra order cause there’s no way I would buy 2 full chickens but they wouldn’t fetch it nor refund me. I just saw in the review that another person also went through this a few days ago as well so there’s no way I could be making it up
