Boycott Mr Delivery

I ordered from a roadhouse called Top Grill. Order was cancelled. No reason. They claim they tried to get hold of me and only refunded half my bill. This is my response to them. No response back. I went to the Top Grill to reorder my order . The manager spoke to Mr D whilst I was there and came and apologised since the food was stuck at their depot and never delivered. They claim that they tried to contact me which is an absolute lie. There is nothing on my phone of a phone call, message or Whatsapp. So how did they TRY to contact me. I want this investigated. This is appalling service.
