Bought food and only get half delivered

I ordered some food yester just to get my order and half of my order was not there. Tried calling the restaurant and i was told the Mr D drivers are steeling food. So I tried contacting Mr D how many times on the App and on email i am just being ignored. I paid for food i never got and no one gives a sh#t!!!!!!!
