Blue ticked my complaint!

Recently had a problem with my order using this business. I lodged a complaint and nothing was done about it. No reply as to them receiving my complaint, nothing as to how they would help me NOTHING. It's truly disappointing when such happen, especially during this pandemic. We do love to shop while in the comfort of our homes. Truly sad how businesses end up getting comfortable and no longer putting customers first.
