Billed before service was rendered

<p>Mr Delivery is a great service but their billing system is terrible. On multiple occasions I placed an order on their, then they bill before the restaurant has even accepted the order! Yes they refund you but it's a massive inconvenience. How can they bill you before the restaurant has even accepted? I have a big family so the orders are always a big amount. This seriously need to change because this happens way to often. And I'm pretty sure this is not legal in terms of online payements. Or why not reserve the money before so that if it's not accepted by the restaurant the money is refunded immediately?</p>
