At an Expo show in Bloemfontein we ordered food from Ocean Basket in the Loch Logan Waterfront to be delivered to the Hobbit Hotel . On getting a quote we were in for R303. I rejected the order and phoned Ocean basket for the prising and was quoted with tax R197.
