Beware Mr Delivery

I ordered Nandos valued at R290, using Mr Delivery as a service provider. The driver tried my intercom cell only once. He turned around and left. Mr Delivery will not send him back, will not refund me 100% only 50% and they said he tried me on my cellphone which he didn't. So my money has been taken, my food has been taken and Mr Delivery will not budge. In my books thats theft.
