Being croocked by MRD

I am very upset with MrD I palsied an order with them then they use EFT to make payment of R172.19 but the app did not go trough with the order but the money is gone when i call them they take me from piler to post giving me numbers that are not working eventually got hold of them, call and hold for more than 20min for the to drop the call on me this is all nonsense can some1 please help as my kids are hungry and we need that food.
