Be happy if you receive your lunch by dinner.

Reading the previous complaints, I realise that Mr D does not give a damn about the service they deliver. This was just my day for their bad service. As their customer service person said - I must be happy to receive my lunch order by dinner. Understandingly she refused to provide her name or transfer me to somebody else. Wonder how long we customers will allow Mr D to get away with this attitude?
