Bad to Good Service

<p>I had a bit of a service problem with Mr Delivery a week ago. Long story short, there was a disconnect between the head office (where online orders are routed through) and my local branch (Tokai), as well as a delay in delivery of the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I escalated the matter and immediately received feedback from Mr Delivery head office and then from the branch manager, Tim, at Mr Delivery Tokai. I was very impressed with how the matter was addressed and resolved, thank you.</p>
