Bad service with bad food

I Ordered a family meal and it came more than 30 minutes late..with chicken that had burned parts and no flavour whatsoever,the chips looked old and the rice was undercooked.Spoke to a consultant at the Call Centre Thandile or Thandiwe who decided that the pictures I provided don't show problems with the food.I Still have your disgusting food come fetch it and take it back to Galitos and I want a refund
