Bad service, will never recommend to anyone

On 29 Aug 2026 I placed an order from Pick n Pay Hyper Soweto at 17:32. They made me wait over 2+ hours for nothing when I could have made an alternative. Cancelled.

I gave them second chance and placed another order myself at 20:07 from Dobsonville. Agent **** "driver is on the way". I waited until 21:00 — cancelled again with vague reason "we couldn't collect your order".

This is like a shop taking your money knowing item is not available, making you wait 2 hours at counter, then saying not available when you could have bought next door. If you knew at 17:32 there are no drivers, why accept my order at all? Why not cancel immediately so I can try Sixty60 or Uber Eats?

By 21:00 all grocery stores in Soweto are closed. My household went to bed hungry.

Another agent closed ticket and said "high demand". High demand is not valid at 9pm when stores close.
