bad service overall.

Your drivers rob people. on my last order, the driver took our cash when the order was paid with my card and a customer care agent named Luzuko was so dismissive and very unhelpful. I was told that if my refund was not processed today, I should query back to get my refund paid to me, and when I did, he/she gave me the same response, so I'm going to be told to query regarding my refund tomorrow, every time I query about it? Can you guys just please refund me!
