Bad Service - Mr Delivery

I ordered twice tonight from Mr Delivery and both times my account was debited and my orders were cancelled and I was told by a Mr Delivery person that they cannot refund me - your driver fetched the food and didn’t do his job by delivering it so Mr Delivery you are liable to pay me back the full amount of my order cause I ordered from your App and trusted to pay with my card and for you to deliver the food I ordered - your driver did not do his job by delivering the food I ordered and to top it all off I saw your driver on the golf course not sure how he got there and I called out to him and he just cancelled the order and left with the food. I would like this rectified - ***
