Bad Service - Mr D

I am so disgusted with Mr D. Placed an order via Mr D app for Steers Key West. When wanting to make payment using cash method it was declined. Did an eft, monies went off bank account only to receive a message back a couple of minutes later to say cannot place order as Steers Key West is off line and tbat monies will be reversed back into my account. Waited but nothing. When calling Mr D i then get told that monies will only be paid back into my bank acc within the next 2 working days. System sucks and is unacceptable.
