Bad service in every which way

Past 3 times that I ordered food from the Mr D app, delivery has been late. Waited at least 1 hour each time since ordering for food to be delivered, while the app suggested it would take a maximum of 30 minutes. Contacted the help line and queried each time, and blame was placed on the restaurant, however each order was from a different restaurant. Last time I tried to contact the help line, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes without any progress. The app is supposed to ease the ordering of fast food, however you are left waiting for such a long time, that you could rather go and get the food yourself.
