Bad service from support

Ok Friday I ordered some takeaways as a rare treat for our family. I ordered McDonald's burgers, 2 medium fries and a happy meal. When the delivery arrived, the fries weren't in the packet. So I logged a complaint on the app immediately with a photo showing the chips weren't delivered. Saturday morning I get an email from their support asking me to give details of what happened. I am wan, add if the initial message and photo attached wasn't evidence enough. It is now Sunday, and I still haven't gotten any feedback. What *** service.
