Bad service from Mr Delivery

Ordered dinner through Mr Delivery and for the second time in a row there was a problem with our delivery. (And the third time I have had an issue with Mr. Delivery). The wrong food was delivered tonight. We got someone else's order. On trying to rectify the problem it became evident that Mr Delivery's service recovery procedure is cumbersome and not very customer friendly, you also get conflicting instructions from different customer experience agents. Another thing that was blatantly obvious is that they do not follow through on agreed actions. After a very frustrating hour or so of trying to get a satisfactory resolution I then asked to speak to a manager. I was asked to hold while a manager was contacted, this took forever and a few times I was told the manager would take my call in just a minute or so, this never happened. After a long time of holding, I then requested that the manager phoned me back tonight, this however did not materialize. I will definitely not make use of Mr. Delivery again and would not recommend this business to anyone. Just a side note - not only were we inconvenienced, but so was the customer who's meal we received.
