Bad service from Mr Delivery and Co

I am so sick and tired with Mr Delivery. I sm home just came out of hospital after 2 months, so I do use their service quite often, most of yjevtomrsbit is from convenience stores and time and again my phone would ring with they dont have stock of this and that. Why offer a service andd you cant deliver. I dont care if it is the shop it is your responsibility to make sure that if they dont have stock to REMOVE it from their menu.
