Bad Service from Mr Delivery

<p>I loaded the App this morning and placed an order with Mr Delivery at 11h12 ***. It went through all the payment details and confirmed payment received. More than an hour later, with still no delivery, I called the call centre and spoke to Tarryn who informed me there was a system error and i could place another order and pay again. I would be refunded for the first transaction within 5 - 7 days. REALLY!!!! IS THIS ACCEPTABLE??? Its supposed to make things easier. Iwill rather get in my car next time and drive to order from anywhere rather than rely on MR NON DELIVERY!</p>
