Bad service from Mr delivery

I ordered 3 different deliveries from Mr d last night. All of them has items missing. The 3rd wasn't even delivered. I was promised a refund of R395 plus the R44 for missing items. I have received nothing. I requested a manager to phone me back last night but I'm still waiting. This is unacceptable as now I'm going hungry for the second day as they are telling me a refund can take up to 3 to 5 working days so I have to go hungry for that time. Not acceptable
