BAD SERVICE FROM MR D IN KEMPTON PARK

I do not like to name and shame businesses but we do have problems with Mr Delivery in Kempton Park. For the couple of times now we placed a order through them for Romans Pizza and then the order is wrong or incomplete. We ordered on the 2/6/2022 at 18:26 3 Pizzas - a Regina, a Pepperoni Deluxe and a Chicken Pineapple- and 3 Pizza pies. We only received the 3 Pizza pies and the Regina and the Pepperoni Deluxe- we tried to contact the driver via the message centre that he used to tell us he arrived. Without any success - We phoned Romans Kempton Park and they did confirm the order and that the driver did take all the food. He said to us that they do have a problem with the drivers not delivering all the food.They do take the food . Mr D did not responed to my query and the lost pizza was not delivered. We paid for it - the money is in the account but they do not correct the mistake- and it is not just about the money - it is about the orders and the *******ion-
