Bad service from Mr D Food

I ordered food from Mr D Food and the app was giving me problems I couldn't track the driver and he went to the incorrect address and when he called me he was so rude over the phone he dropped the phone while I was still talking to him and when I called him back he told that he will not deliver my food and I asked about my money and he laughed and said he doesn't know I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke to told me that I won't get my food or my money because the address was incorrect I asked if she could call the driver and she said no and I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that I can't talk to the Manger so basically I don't have my food or my money
