Bad Service from Mr D customer service and driver

I ordered a meal from Mr D yesterday and the driver delivered a soggy burger and chips and just told me to complain when I asked him to go back with it since it was also missing the drink I also ordered. I have sent emails to them and asked them to come and pick up the wet food. The just offered me a R27.00 voucher of which I rejected because it doesn't cover half of the amount I used to purchase the food.
