Bad service from Mr D

I've bought KFC via the Mr D app on the 2 of January this year unfortunately the order was a mess the mash and gravy was all over the place so I took pictures and forwarded it to Mr D. The order was in total R342.80 less my R85 credit I paid R257.80. The 3rd of January I received a credit from Mr D to the value of R342.80 so then I requested a payout on my app. On the 8th of January I received a R257.80 in my Capitec account I then emailed Mr D to say there was a mistake made with the payout as I requested a R342.80 payout but only received R257.80 they then mailed me back to say it is going to be split into two payments so from the 8 to the 19, 20, 21 of January I sent Mr D emails to payout my R85 difference which is due to me and till today I haven't heard anything nor have they rep**** to my last emails dated 19, 20, 21 so I honestly will not use this app and I would not recommend it as there service really sucks... if it's possible if hello Peter can put them out there as I did on their reviews but still no one got back to me and I want my R85 difference.
