Bad service

We ordered food from KFC via Mr Delivery, send my nearest location as my location does not show an exact address, I wrote my full address for the driver, the driver got lost and he called us, he was so cheecky and rude to us telling us that we have to come and collect the food ourselves as he is goiing not going to deliver the food to us anymore. We have already paid for the goods, I have tried getting hold of Mr Delivery head office. All their numbers are not working. No food no refund.
