Bad service

Mac Donald is worst app one can ever use very useless I order 13:35 was confirmed my order will be delivered 14:20 waited no response I had to call them then after they said again I must wait 30 more minutes I waited then when about to go collect my order was cancelled .still I had to call to request refund which will receive after three days I spent more than 150 buying airtime trying to call even customer service is bad no one really cared how I feel bad service no more Macdonald for me I am disappointed
