Bad Service Delivery and No Accountability

My experience with this app has been nothing short of consumer harassment

We have ordered from 4 different McDonalds and have had continuous issues inclusive of incorrect orders, items short when delivered and most recently rude service consultants who have done nothing but patronize us.

We have sent detailed emails stating each individual experience and included pictures, we have also called the helpline each time with no success or responses. its safe to say we no longer believe that Mr Delivery deserves our business and encourage other consumers to no longer make use of them as well.

Companies like this take advantage of the everyday problems in South Africa i.e load shedding and busy schedules to abuse the ordinary person with no regard for the consequences. I say no more, the abuse on my family stops now.
