Bad service

Where do I start, so time and again I recieve bad food and I log a query. I use Mr D on a daily basis and my orders are R200 and up, so tonight was the last straw. I came from work and didn't want to cook so went to Mr D and ordered food, it arrived and once we started eating the chicken was raw and ******. I sent them an email and all they said is that they're sorry and gave me a R50 coupon. I litterly threw away food that cost me R200 and is not even worth that much, they're way over priced and wouldn't even do much effort for customers. I'm very disappointed, I'm deleting the app won't use them ever again, they just lost a very loyal customer. I wouldn't recommend using them.
