Bad service

Mr Delivery is the worst App ever Yesterday I made an order online, the money went through to their account, but I haven't received any of my order, I called them several times, nobody is willing to help me, they persist that they haven't received money to their account but my bank confirmed that money went through to their account I've been sending them proof of payment To show that the money is in their account

I want my money back Please help Peter
