Bad Service

Order no DFD***1 was paid by card never delivered and I was told the driver went to my house while I gave them my work address. I have called the customer service and I was told that I have lost the money and the food because they actually do not know where the food is or what the drivers do with the food if not delivered. Today 28 November 2019 is my birthday and my boss decided to spoil me and I get this bad service from Mr D. I will not recommend it to anyone because they are using unprofessional drivers and I am deleting the Application on my phone. Thank you Mr D for a bad service on my birthday. I have called *** and I was told that I should give my home address even if I choose second home.
