Bad service

I understand that stores are busy and they have slots but why is it that an order is automatically accepted and overnighted without consent of the customer when the slots of the store you are ordering from are full? Who decides “let me order stuff for tomorrow from MrD”. Now when you cancel the order you either have to accept wallet credit or wait up to 5 business to get your money back. Ridiculous if you ask me🙄
