Bad Service

I have ordered food by 5pm and now its 6pm and my food hasnt been delivered the driver doesnt know where they are they dont respond to the chat on the app, and the order was done and time but on the app shows that the food is delivered but I havent received anything on my side. I will have to receive cold food because of this drivers and I will no longer use this application because I can not pay alot of money and receive poor service.
