Bad service and worse call center agents

I ordered my food at 14h41 today the 3rd March 2020,where I got a notification that my food will arrive 15h23,i didn't receive any notification about my food after that only when I called their call center it's when the lady I was talking to said my order was delayed by the driver and that she will assist me with the new order as she had to cancel the previous one, my order was canceled but there was nothing happening after, I called the call center again only to be assisted by another lady who placed me on hod twice without notifying to that she's doing so, she got back to me and said my order has been rejected by the restaurant yet they took my money R114 gone, then I was offered a coupon which I rejected because I want nothing to do with Mr D ever again, only to be told that they will sent me an email(which I haven't received) and I should receive my money within 5 days
