Bad service and ********** my money

Poor service. placed order and no one is able to received, I asked for the food to be delivered again or if i can fetch the food from the KFC or refund me the money so i can place the order. The consultant (Sinayo Mokome)advised that they can not do that. so my money is taken and i don't have my food. I requested to speak to the manager she refused and told me that these no manager on site. I don't understand a call centre that doesn't have a manage on site or call. So i've been ********** my money and food. In the poverty we leave in these company disposes food if it's not delivered. I want my money refunded.
