Bad Service and *****

Yesterday I ordered food the driver went to the wrong address she called gave the correct address, she got lost again she called got irritated hung up on me. Tried call her back but no answer she left with my delivery. I queried this and the answer I got was my phone was off driver waited outside. I presented the call history and still I'm being told driver tried to call and yet there's a call for 2min 43 sec and another one for 1min 43 and now I can't get a refund as their driver didn't want to be directed to the correct place she was literally a minute away.
