Bad service

I escalated bad service regarding Mr D driver and the food I had ordered from fatboy fast food restaurant 4 days ago. Driver kept going to the wrong address, I texted him my address and directed him via text, I had to then step outside my building to wait for him seeing he was getting lost. I waited outside for more than 30min, I then asked him to text me his number so I can call him in case he's not understanding my directions. He didn't, I decided to go back inside as it was late and Jan Smuts is known for phone snatches. I kept asking him for his number, he didn't give me still. He took over an hour to deliver my food, he was rude when he arrived, he said just take ur food and pay. I gave him R200, as I was checking my food he left. The food was cold, I asked on the app after rating him that they tell him to turn back and take the food. That never happened. I want my money back.
