Bad service

Today 04/11/2021 I ordered at Uncle B's in Glen Marais. The estimated arrival time was 11:53 but by 12:50 I still haven't received the food I ordered when I call Mr. D's support center the first consultant that answered my call dropped the phone when I called for the second time they said he is on the way. The driver called me, then he hung up on me I tried to call him back several times he hung up on me. I always order with Mr. D I am a loyal customer I didn't expect to get this kind of service from them I am really disappointed I DONT THINK I WILL EVER ORDER FOOD WITH THEM!
