Bad service

They are good to take your money order after order but as soon as you have a problem it get ignored. I contacted Mr d food after the food they delivered almost an hour later was cold. I paid for a cheddermelt steak but the cheese was not even melted. I called until I had no airtime left. No response I logged a complaint on line without an photo because their website is broken. They responded for a total of 1 day with no resolution I have been ignored ever since. The food has been thrown away obviously. However it was still available for collection the next day. I want a refund that's all
