Bad service!!

Our last 3 orders was incorrect. Always with missing items that we then have to order again. The rest of the order gets cold. We paid double and have to wait for the refund. This year alone our order was incorrect on 5 different occasions, 2 of which were more than R250 (for the missing items). No satisfactory response! Unacceptable, bad service from the restaurants plus MrD!!
