BAD SERVICE!!

I purchased items on the 11th of June and it was rejected by the store. I have been since chasing a refund from the provider. I have been back and forth with them confirming that payment was debited. Yet still no one is taking accountability, apologizing or refunding me. I will never use this service or recommend it to anyone
