bad service

yesterday we ordered from Mcdonalds via the mr d app first the dilevery was late and when the delivery guy came i saw that they had forgot the cooldrinks on the order he checked and said yes he sees that he went back to collect it but after he left i saw that the orser was not complete as one of the burgers were not delivered as well he came back with one cooldrink and i told him there was suppossed to be 2 he then left again.

after 20min he never came back adn we contacted the mr d app with no response i then call the mcdonalds branch and the manager said that he had to review the footage and call me back in 10-15 min 45 min went by with n call back i called again and he said they were still viewing the footage and he will call me back again.

we waited with no response so i drove to the branch and called him he said they were still busy this is almost 1hr and a 1/2 since the order was placed.

he then said the burger was on it way but when i turned around the delivery guy was still standing there.

i told him i dont want the burger as i had already made another plan for lunch.

after me getting the delivery guy to contact mr d did they refund me of what was not delivered.

using the app is for convenienmce and eating out is for convenience but this was a total inconvenience to us and i will not be supporting that branch again.

the manager offered me a mc flurry for the inconvenience wow, i told him that he should take this upo with mr d and not me as a customer.

we were refunded the 100 but really not a good experience.

really not a the way i wanted to spend the day off.
