Bad service

I logged a few queries yesterday via WhatsApp regarding this order #DFD***. They keep taking their time to respond and when they do the close the call too quick on purpose with in five minutes.

The order was incomplete, came late and was cold. Only 1 of the ( 2 x Mega Cheese and Bacon Duo) was delivered.
