Bad service

This is the second time im putting this business on hello Peter. I am extremely unhappy with the bad service they continue to give me countless times. I ordered food from ocean basket on Sunday 04 July 2022 that was worth R512 and i was not happy with the service of mr delivery because my food was extremely cold when it arrived. I ordered during load shedding so I expect to enjoy my warm meal but no it arrives cold. I put in a grievance explaining my bad experience and they only responded to me today 05 July 2022. They offered me a R20 voucher for food that i paid R512 for. This is unacceptable and I will now refrain from ordering from this company again.
